- Be Helpful: Everyone comes to this academy with different tech backgrounds. If you notice a fellow entrepreneur struggling to navigate the website platform, join a Google Meet, or download an asset, offer a helping hand.
- Respect the Journey: Everyone is new to this, and everyone is here to learn. There is no such thing as a “silly question.” Treat your peers’ ideas, questions, and businesses with the exact same respect you want for your own.

- Speak Up Early: Do not keep quiet and let things fall apart. If you are stuck on a milestone, confused by a lesson, or facing a tech bottleneck, talk to us.
- Use the Correct Channels: For course-related issues, use the official channels like the academy website forums or our official email. This ensures the right person sees your request and can help you immediately.
